BIO
Dr. Cheng is an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Science at the University of Florida. He received his training as an American Diabetes Association Postdoctoral Fellow (Endocrinology & Metabolism) at Harvard Medical School, and a Postdoctoral Fellow (Enzymology) at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, after he earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry at Peking University.
