RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research develops measurement infrastructure and analytic methods that translate complex clinical and public health data into actionable evidence for infectious disease decision-making. My group integrates multi-source data, including bacterial genomic data, to define longitudinal disease states, reconstruct care pathways, and evaluate how care systems perform under real-world conditions. My currrent interests extend to NTM pulmonary disease outcomes, real-world evidence from EHR data, and clinical decision science for preference-sensitive treatment decisions.
