Marcos Fadanelli

Dr. Marcos Fadanelli earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1997 from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He also completed a Specialty Program in Implant Dentistry, earned a Master’s degree in Operative Dentistry, and obtained a PhD in Dental Materials and Prosthodontics in Brazil. With more than 25 years of combined clinical, academic, and educational experience, he brings extensive expertise to the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he currently serves in the Department of Restorative Dental Sciences, Division of Prosthodontics. Prior to joining UF, Dr. Fadanelli was actively involved in dental education in Brazil through universities, specialty training programs, continuing education courses, and international congresses. Alongside his academic activities, he maintained a successful private practice for nearly three decades, with a strong focus on restorative, esthetic, and implant dentistry. As a respected educator and internationally recognized speaker, Dr. Fadanelli has presented lectures and continuing education courses worldwide focusing on restorative dentistry, esthetics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. His broad clinical and academic experience supports an interdisciplinary philosophy of care, emphasizing functional, esthetic, and evidence-based rehabilitation. Dr. Fadanelli’s dedication to teaching, mentorship, and advancing contemporary dental education makes him a valued member of the UF College of Dentistry community.
