Daryl Fields

Dr. Fields is the Principal Investigator for the Fields Research Group (FRG), a highly collaborative research group at the University of Florida. His research is centered on two main arms, both designed to limit disability and improve life through human translational research.

1. Novel cerbrospinal fluid biomarkers guide early management for patients with spinal cord injuries.
2. Epidural spinal cord stimulation preserves autonomous breathing control in patients with neurodegenerative disease.
